# COMMUNIQUE AMENDING THE COMMUNIQUE ON SUPPORTING THE CONVERSION OF COMPANIES’ FOREIGN-SOURCED FOREIGN CURRENCY FUNDS INTO TURKISH LIRA
(NO. 2025/11)
ARTICLE 1 – The following provisional article has been added to the Communique on Supporting the Conversion of Companies’ Foreign-Sourced Foreign Currency Funds into Turkish Lira (No. 2023/5), published in the Official Gazette dated 26 January 2023 and numbered 32085:
“PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 1 – (1) The foreign currency conversion support rate, which is set at 2% in the first paragraph of Article 4 of this Communiqué, shall be applied at a rate of 3% from the date of entry into force of this Article until 31 July 2025, inclusive.”
ARTICLE 2 – This Communique shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3 – The provisions of this Communique shall be implemented by the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
